1. What Sumie AI is

Sumie AI (“we”, “us”) provides an AI image-generation service: you submit a text prompt, optionally with a photo, and receive generated images (“strips”) in return. Access is purchased as one-time credit packs; each generation consumes one credit from your balance.

2. Accounts

You need an account (email + password) to buy credits or generate images. You’re responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

3. Acceptable use

Don’t use Sumie AI to generate content that is illegal, infringes someone else’s rights, or violates our provider’s (Wan API) acceptable-use policy. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this.

4. Credits

Credits are purchased in fixed packs, do not expire, and are non-transferable between accounts. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for refund terms.

5. Payments

Payments are processed by Paddle.com, our merchant of record. Paddle handles your payment details, taxes, and invoicing — we never see or store your card information.

6. Disclaimers

Sumie AI is provided “as is”. Generated images may vary in quality and are not guaranteed to match any specific expectation. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
