Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. No subscriptions

Sumie AI sells one-time credit packs, not subscriptions. There is nothing to cancel — a pack is a single purchase, and credits do not expire or auto-renew.

2. Refunds

Because credits are consumed individually per generation, we offer refunds only for:

• Unused packs — a full refund of any pack where zero credits have been spent, requested within 14 days of purchase.
• Failed generations — if a generation fails due to a service-side error, the credit is automatically refunded to your balance; no request needed.

We don’t offer partial refunds for packs that have been partially used, except where required by local consumer law.

3. How to request a refund

Email hello@sumieai.com with your account email and the purchase date. Refunds are processed by Paddle.com (our merchant of record) back to your original payment method.
