1. What we collect

• Account info: email address, password (hashed, never stored in plain text).
• Content you submit: text prompts and any photo you upload for generation.
• Generated images and your generation history, tied to your account.
• Payment and billing details — collected and processed by Paddle.com, not by us directly.
• Basic usage data (e.g. which pages you visit) via standard server logs.

2. How we use it

To operate the service: authenticate you, run your generation requests, track your credit balance, send transactional email (password resets, purchase receipts), and respond to support requests.

3. Who we share it with

• Paddle.com — payment processing, tax, and invoicing (our merchant of record).
• Wan API — the underlying image-generation provider your prompts/photos are sent to in order to produce results.
• Resend — transactional email delivery (password resets).
• Convex — our database and backend hosting provider.

We do not sell your data to third parties.

4. Retention

Account data and generation history are kept while your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by emailing us.

5. Your rights

You can request a copy of your data or ask us to delete it by emailing hello@sumieai.com.
